CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

The Sudbury Community Legal Clinic is altering its service delivery in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The health and wellbeing of our staff and members of the community are of utmost concern.  As such, we are taking a proactive ‘social distancing’ approach and closing our office to the public.

– Effective March 30, 2020 –

  • we are temporarily changing our hours of operation to 8:30-4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, closed for lunch from 12:00-12:30 and closed Thursday mornings from 8:30-12:00.
  • we will continue to serve clients but will do so only by phone (705-674-3200 or toll-free number: 1-800-697-8719) or videoconferencing
  • we are suspending all notarizing and commissioning of documents.
  • we are suspending all public legal education and outreach activities.

As the situation surrounding COVID-19 changes rapidly, we will review our service delivery approach going forward.
